Beat Lease Agreement
This Beat Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], between ETBeatz (hereinafter referred to as “Producer”), whose government name is Brian Hansen, and [Licensee’s Name] (“Licensee”).
1. Grant of Rights – Lease:
Producer hereby grants to Licensee, and Licensee hereby accepts, a non-exclusive license to use the instrumental composition bought, produced by ETBeatz, in the following manner:
- Licensee shall have the right to use the Beat in an untagged MP3 format.
- Licensee is authorized to sell, distribute, and publicly perform the Beat, with a limit of up to 3,000 units.
- Licensee may use the Beat for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to creating derivative works, incorporating into audiovisual projects, and public performance.
- In consideration for the rights granted under this Agreement, Licensee shall pay Producer the sum of $19.99 (USD).
2. Royalties – Lease:
Licensee shall keep 50% of all net royalties earned from the exploitation of the Beat. Net royalties shall be calculated after deduction of any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses incurred in the distribution or sale of the Beat.
3. Delivery – Lease:
Upon receipt of payment, Producer shall provide Licensee with instant delivery of the untagged MP3 file of the Beat via electronic means.
4. Grant of Rights – Exclusive:
In addition to the Lease option, Producer also offers an Exclusive license option, granting Licensee the following rights:
- Licensee shall have the right to use the Beat in an untagged WAV format and receive the trackouts.
- Licensee is granted unlimited distribution rights and may use the Beat in unlimited projects.
- Licensee shall keep 50% of all net royalties earned from the exploitation of the Beat.
- In consideration for the exclusive rights granted under this Agreement, Licensee shall pay Producer the sum of $300 (USD).
5. Delivery – Exclusive:
Upon receipt of payment, Producer shall provide Licensee with instant delivery of the untagged WAV file of the Beat, along with the trackouts, via electronic means.
6. Grant of Rights – Premium:
Producer also offers a Premium license option, granting Licensee the following rights:
- Licensee shall have the right to use the Beat in an untagged WAV format.
- Licensee is authorized to sell, distribute, and publicly perform the Beat, with a limit of up to 12,000 units.
- Licensee may use the Beat for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to creating derivative works, incorporating into audiovisual projects, and public performance.
- In consideration for the rights granted under this Agreement, Licensee shall pay Producer the sum of $59.99 (USD).
7. Royalties – Premium:
Licensee shall keep 50% of all net royalties earned from the exploitation of the Beat. Net royalties shall be calculated after deduction of any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses incurred in the distribution or sale of the Beat.
8. Delivery – Premium:
Upon receipt of payment, Producer shall provide Licensee with instant delivery of the untagged WAV file of the Beat via electronic means.
9. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Country].
10. Signature Acceptance:
By making the payment of the License Fee, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your payment shall serve as your signature and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
